STOTT Pilates is a modern approach to Pilates that emphasizes core stability , posture, flexibility, and overall alignment. It builds on the principles of classical Pilates while incorporating the latest in exercise science and rehab techniques. Together, we will focus on mindful movement, proper breathing and alignment to prevent injury and promote strength and flexibility.
